• 9-18 months: To fit 48 cm [19 ins]

Boots:

• 0-3 months: To fit foot 8 cm [3.25 ins]
• 3-6 months: To fit foot 9 cm [3.5 ins]
• 6-9 months: To fit foot 10.5 cm [4.25 ins]
• 9-18 months: To fit foot 12 cm [4.75 ins]

Tension

22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stocking stitch on 4 mm [6 US] needles.
