Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn hanks or balls are protected from moisture and tangling during transit.
- 3.Ship to the Shop
Send your package to our physical store address using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items to confirm they are in resellable condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
